Hady is a senior healthcare executive with more than twenty-five years of Clinical Research and Life Sciences leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, device/diagnostic and biotechnology industries. He has leveraged his visionary and innovative skills to deliver industry solutions using real world evidence (RWE), data analytics, patient centric approaches and technology to meet the needs of healthcare stakeholders. Hady had held a multitude of leadership roles in the biopharma sector, at Hoechst Marion Roussel, Aventis Pharma, PAREXEL, PRA Health Sciences & ICON. His CRO contributions have enhanced the partnerships with bio-pharmaceutical and device/diagnostic manufacturers to bridge the gap between commercial and R&D clinical development, while engaging patients throughout the product lifecycle.

Hady has assumed pivotal roles in the simplification of clinical development across several therapeutic areas and rare diseases. He has implemented lean, efficient and technology-driven organizational and operational models via organic and M&A growth, aimed at optimizing bio-pharmaceuticals’ product value. He’s a globally recognized speaker, key opinion leader and author; he has provided key inputs to both public and private entities around the role of real world evidence and analytics, risk management, patient-centered outcomes, prioritization of R&D investments, optimization of operational effectiveness, innovation, digital health, site/physician and patient engagement, as a vital step to ensure faster products to market and ultimately faster access to patients. Hady also serves on a multitude of social and charitable institutions mainly supporting cancer research needs, in various capacities such as member at large and board member.
